Free to organise. Pay only when we send the email.

Credit packs
Buy once, use whenever. One credit sends one email — an invitation, a reminder, or the final result.
What a credit actually buys
- ✓The invitation — Pikato emails each person their own link, in the language of your poll. No copy-pasting into a group chat and hoping.
- ✓Knowing what happened — Per person: delivered, bounced, opened, clicked, replied. You stop guessing who to chase.
- ✓One-click reminders — Nudge only the people who haven’t answered yet — never the ones who already did.
- ✓The final answer — When you lock the time, everyone who was invited is told automatically.
Questions
Why isn’t sending email free?
Because every email has a real cost and a real reputation attached to it. Charging per email is what keeps Pikato deliverable and spam-free — and it means we never need ads or your data to pay for it.
What exactly costs a credit?
Only email we send to a participant: the invitation, each reminder, and the final-time notice. Emails to you as the organiser are always free, and so is every poll you share by link.
Do I need an account?
Not to create, share or answer a poll — that stays fully anonymous. You need an account only to send invitations from Pikato, because that’s what holds your credits.
What if I run out of credits?
Nothing breaks. Your polls, links and results keep working exactly as before; you simply can’t send more email until you top up.
What if an address bounces?
You get the credit back. If an address is dead the mail never arrived, so charging you for it would be wrong — we refund it automatically and stop sending to that address.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Any time, from your billing page. It stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and credits you already have stay yours.
Create an account and get free invitations — enough to run a real poll and see the tracking work before you pay anything.
